Eddie has worked in Toronto property management since 1990 and oversees a portfolio of over 5,500 residential units and 500,000 sq. ft. of commercial space. A Certified Property Manager since 2002, his expertise spans financial and asset management, property management systems, building operations and development.

George Larter

George is the founder of Community First Developments Inc. (CFDI) and co-founder of ComField Management Services Inc. With over 30 years in property management and development, he emphasizes lifelong learning, continuous improvement, staff development and technology, favouring controlled growth and high client satisfaction.

Cristina Wong

B.A., M.B.A., OLCM

Comptroller

Cristina holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University. She oversees accounting, financial analysis and management control, and her team's finance, control and reporting systems are considered among the best in the GTA.

Suzanne Botnick

Business Development Manager

Suzanne has over 20 years of property management experience, 15 of them with ComField. She manages condominiums, residential rentals, industrial and commercial properties, with a focus on meeting client expectations and implementing systems that cut costs and improve operations.

Alecia Davis

HR Administrator

Alecia joined CFDI over 15 years ago as a property administrator, then worked as office administrator at head office before being promoted to HR Administrator. Known for recruitment, staff support and communication, she helps head office and site teams resolve HR and site staffing issues.
