Eddie Lok has had extensive property management involvement in Toronto since 1990 and currently oversees the operation of a company portfolio which includes over 5,500 residential units and 500,000 sq. ft. of commercial properties. A Certified Property Manager (CPM) since 2002, his expertise in financial / asset management, property management systems, building operation, and property development is invaluable to the ComField Team and has helped many clients stabilize their operations.
George Larter is the founder of Community First Development Inc. (CFDI) and co-founder of ComField Management Services Inc. With more than 30 years experience in the property management and development industry, he is dedicated to the principles of “Life-Long Learning” and “Constant Improvement” through staff development and technological advances.
George’s business strategy has been guided by the principle of controlled growth that sustains a high degree of customer satisfaction and his career has been characterized by integrity, creativity and a commitment to providing service that meets the needs of his clients.
A MBA graduate from the Schulich School of Business (York University), Cristina Wong ensures the integrity of ComField’s staff with her strength in accounting, financial analysis, and management control. Under her direct supervision, the quality of our property finance, control, and reporting systems are among the best in the sector in the GTA.
Suzanne Botnick brings to the table, over 20 years property management experience with 15 of those years working with ComField Management Services Inc. She is a seasoned Property Manager of condominiums, residential rental, industrial, and commercial properties with the know-how to communicate your expectation and implement the management systems you need to save money and enhance your community and business operations.
Alecia started with CFDI over 15 years ago as a property administrator. She then worked as an office administrator at the head office, and was promoted to be the HR Administrator 3 years ago. Her strengths in recruitment, team member support, and communication have helped create a cohesive and collaborative team at ComField and CFDI alike. She assists the head office and site management team in handling any issues involving HR and site maintenance staff.
